see randomly the story wont be created, or written as a story book, it needs to be done, the efforts need to be put, and it should be outside the working ours, where you want to spend the time for,
you cant be like, just think about it and it happens.
the course you want to do, the stuff you want to do, you cant do without putting time to it.
I am thinking now to create a schedule, since I have no responsibility currently.
to wake up at 5:30, its very hard but that’s the challenge,
to get ready by 6, either bath or not, your choice, you have your fluffy jacket too, so no limitations for that part.
to reach the lab by 6, and silently work on the things that research thesis requires.
at 9 have the good warm breakfast, then again continue to work till lunch,
then at lunch, just leave the lab and come to hostel to take a short nap.
wake up at 3, freshen up by studying and doing some courses, having a tea, or playing some games,
at 6, do the walk or run or gym, just have fun,
at 8 go to the mess for dinner,
have a night walk for 30 minutes, finish some calls, talk to humans,
at 9 have some movie or just read a book that you like the most.
at 10 go to bed and just sleep.
It can be made less strict by,
waking at 6:30 ready by 7, at lab by 7, still no one will be there, 1 hour of silent work, then food at 8, then back to work by 9, work till lunch, second work, close by 2, then 1 hour sleep till 3, lab again at 4, work more if assignments or something is there, have snacks and by 5:30 all work is finished.
go to gym, lift some weights, have mixed exercise checklist, do it, at 7 back to room, do course, 8 food, and close the day by 10 again, next day prep again at 6:30.
